Bassa Bassa Chicken |

|
Wash and clean chicken pieces removing any excess skin and fat. Pat
dry then coat generously with the seasoned salt. Pre-heat the oven to
350 degrees. Place the chicken pieces in an oven-proof dish and bake for
30 minutes. Baste each piece with BASSA BASSA SAUCE and return to the
oven for a further 15 minutes. The chicken can also be grilled over
glowing coals. Baste frequently with Bassa Bassa or Tamarind Sauce.
